Privacy Policy
This policy explains how ZenFoundry AI handles information from website visitors, demo requests, pilot discussions, and early workflow materials.
Information we may collect
We may collect business contact details, company information, pilot requirements, workflow notes, product catalog samples, quote templates, and selected inquiry examples that you choose to provide.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to demo requests, assess pilot fit, configure sample workflows, provide support, improve product reliability, and communicate about ZenFoundry AI.
Workflow data
Workflow data can include inquiries, quote drafts, order notes, production updates, payment visibility exports, and owner brief inputs. ZenFoundry is designed so sensitive customer-facing actions require approval before sending.
Model and vendor handling
ZenFoundry AI does not use customer data to train public models by default. Any model, vendor, retention, or data-processing arrangement for a pilot should be documented in the customer agreement.
Data retention and deletion
Demo request information and pilot discussion materials should be retained only for the purpose of evaluating, configuring, and supporting the requested workflow. Customers may ask for outdated pilot materials or contact information to be corrected or deleted, subject to legal and operational obligations.
Third-party processors
ZenFoundry may use service providers for website hosting, email, form handling, analytics, document review, and AI-assisted workflow preparation. Customer pilot processors should be documented before production rollout.
Cookies and analytics
The website may use basic technical cookies and lightweight analytics to understand site performance and visitor interest. Any additional tracking or marketing tooling should be reviewed before it is enabled.
